EVA Air Cargo Tracking
About
EVA Air Cargo, established in 1995, is the cargo division of EVA Air and operates as one of the world's top 10 air cargo carriers. Operating from Taoyuan International Airport (one of the busiest cargo airports in the world), it serves more than 60 destinations across Asia, Europe, North America, and beyond. EVA Air has now completed four IATA CEIV series certifications—CEIV Pharma, CEIV Lithium Batteries, CEIV Fresh, and CEIV Live Animals—making it one of the very few airlines globally to hold all four at once.
How to track EVA Air shipments
1. Go to https://www.brcargo.com and navigate to the cargo tracking section. 2. Enter your AWB prefix number in the format 695-XXXXXXXX where the last digit is a mod-7 check digit (example: 695-12345675). 3. You will see status updates showing your shipment's location, customs clearance status, and delivery milestones with timestamps. 4. If no updates appear after 24 hours, contact EVA Air Cargo customer service at 800-695-1188 for assistance.
What 695-XXXXXXXX means
The AWB prefix 695 identifies EVA Air as the carrying airline and ensures your shipment is routed through EVA's cargo network. The 7-digit serial number following the prefix is unique to your specific shipment. The final digit is a check digit calculated by dividing the 7-digit serial number by 7 and using the remainder. For example, if your serial number is 1234567, dividing by 7 gives a remainder of 1, making your complete air waybill number 695-12345671.
EVA Air cold chain & perishables
EVA Air holds IATA CEIV Pharma and CEIV Fresh certifications for handling temperature-sensitive pharmaceuticals and perishables. CEIV is the IATA-administered audit standard that validates a carrier's end-to-end cold-chain procedures, staff training, and facilities against pharma-grade requirements.

EVA Air live animal transport
EVA Air transports live animals under the IATA Live Animals Regulations (LAR), which govern container, ventilation, and species-specific handling requirements for livestock, day-old chicks, zoo animals, household pets, and laboratory animals. The carrier is additionally IATA CEIV Live Animals certified, meaning its handling chain has passed the IATA audit for end-to-end live-animal procedures. Bookings require species-specific documentation and approved containers; book through the cargo team with at least 48 hours notice.
